Embark on a journey embracing transition, menopause, and the wisdom years, and looking ahead at how to prepare for that future time.  We will share a meditative cup of herbal tea and discuss the ancient knowledge of our foremothers, and how to bring their insights and the power of the natural world into our lives during this special time of transition.
